We’ve had another half foot of snow over the last two days, and as you can see, the weekend forecast doesn’t look much better…
If you’re stuck at home because of the weather, you might want to check this out; last Friday, a black bear named Lily gave birth to a single cub as the world watched via a live den-cam. I know a lot of you will start your holiday decorating this week, and I know how difficult it is to come up with new and exciting ideas each year, so I thought I’d post this picture for inspiration…

Yea, I know it’s Saturday. But I’m running on about two hours sleep, so it still feels like Friday to me.

I just wanted to pop in and share these wedding announcements with you. They make a pretty good argument against hyphenated names, doncha think?
I intend to spend the better part of this afternoon scaring the crap out of myself with a new-to-me collection of Stephen King’s short stories.

The blog remodel was easier than I’d anticipated and I’m pleased with the results.
But you know how it goes when you remodel. One thing leads to another and before you know it the project has snowballed.
I decided that the newly remodeled blog was making my office look shabby. So I decided it was time to redecorate.
So, whaddya think…….
My day job is still kicking my butt and I can’t see the top of my desk for all the files. But I’m hoping to have everything under control by the end of next week so I can resume my otherwise irregular posting schedule.
