Oh bleah. As soon as it hits 26 (C) in the UK, it feels like death. I remember being in El Paso for a friend’s wedding one August, and we were out in the pool at over 100 (F). Felt great. But the desert air is so dry, you don’t feel any sweat. Just as dangerous, but you’re bone-dry (except for being in the pool).
When we flew back into Orlando, walking outside the terminal felt like trying to move through jelly. That’s what humidity does to you. It’s humid here, and I utterly hate it. Guess that means a move to Greenland next.
